Youth.SG Bloggers’ Gathering cum Results Night 2007
The i am @ Youth.SG Blogging Contest drew to a close on Monday evening with the top 20 bloggers being invited for a Youth.SG Bloggers' Gathering held at Miss Clarity Cafe, Purvis Street. The bloggers were given the chance to meet the crew of Youth.SG for the very first time plus fellow bloggers who have made it to the grand finals of the i am @ Youth.SG Blogging Contest.
But it wasn't just a gathering to meet new people (who you know exist but have never met). The purpose of the event was far greater.
The night also saw the unveiling of the Apple Macbook grand prize winner, the Nintendo DS Lite judges favourite recipent and also the top 10 bloggers who will be given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to tour the MTV Studio on June 7.
Here are the winners for the prizes we have to offer:

Judges Favourite Nintendo DS Lite: Goh Jun Yi aka Juni

Dear participants/bloggers/friends of the I Am @ Youth.SG Blogging Competition,
Apologies first and foremost for the delay in releasing the results and contacting all the due winners regarding their prizes and about the MTV tour.
It’s a period of handing over and change here amongst Youth.SG as well so we’re rolling out things as dutifully as we can. My thanks to all who came for the dinner. It was quite a massive group so if we didn’t say a personal hello or thank you to you, don’t be miffed. It’s not that we don’t care about you - we just had to make sure you were fed first and foremost.
I hope everyone still managed to have their fun and I hope to see the Top 10 at the MTV Studio tour where possible.
A big big big “Thank You” to all who have taken part in this inaugural blogging festival. Whether it was through blogging, voting, supporting or ranting about us, I hope at the end of the day - you’re satisfied for we certainly didn’t start this festival to add to anyone’s grief.
So keep on blogging and supporting Youth.SG when you can and I hope we have made a positive contribution to your lives (online or offline) somehow. Peace!
Don’t go to STOMP… yet. But if you really want to, I hope you’ll come back to Youth.SG from time to time for a visit.

Hi all,
Once again, sorry for all the late notice or no notice.
I don’t have everyone’s e-mail with me currently, by this week, i will send everyone in the top 20 an e-mail on the updates and how we calculated the votes.
I really apologise for the delay in calculating the vote, didn’t mange to e-mail you guys about the result.
